Refund / Return Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

All our services, including web development, design, and digital marketing, are custom and non-tangible. Therefore, once work has begun or service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start

If a project is canceled before work has started, a partial refund (after deducting processing and consultation fees) may be issued at our discretion.

3. Project Revisions

We offer revisions based on your selected service plan to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• The service was not delivered as described
• No work has started on the project
